The Great Reading Challenge of 2019: Reading A to Z

The Great Reading Challenge of 2019 has begun. This yearlong reading challenge is for adults 18 and over. The reading challenge theme this year is "Reading A to Z" and the categories are organized by the alphabet. There are over 300 challenge categories to choose from.

Challenge yourself by picking categories/genres of books new to you or read the books you were planning on reading anyway and find a category to fit.

Here are some of the categories for GRC 2019: Read a book that is set in Africa, Read a book with a beautiful cover, Read a book set during your favorite holiday, Read a book that was made into a movie, Read a book that makes you feel nostalgic.

To complete the challenge, you need to read 18 books by the end of 2019. You can use any of the books you have already read since January 1 this year. The total number of books read in 2019 should be submitted by Friday, December 27, 2019.
