You must be a City of Dubuque resident with a valid card from Carnegie-Stout Public Library to use Adventure Pass, and must be eighteen years of age or older to reserve a pass.
How many people does each pass cover?
Each venue has its own admission policies:
National Mississippi River Museum & AquariumThe pass admits two adults and two children (ages three to seventeen).
For each venue, any additional attendees will need to pay regular admission price at the door.
How many passes can I get?
You can reserve one pass per venue once per year. Passes may be reserved up to 90 days in advance. Be sure to plan ahead, as it may not always be possible to reserve passes for same-day use. Please confirm the open dates and hours with each venue before reserving your pass.
How do I log in?
To login to Adventure Pass, start browsing at this page. When you find a venue and date, enter the barcode number on the back of your library card with no spaces. Your PIN should be the last four digits of your phone number. To verify your card status, call Carnegie-Stout Public Library at 563-589-4225 and ask for the New Cards Desk.
Where do I get the passes?
For National Mississippi River Museum, you must print the confirmation page of your reservation and present the printout plus a valid photo ID to gain entrance to the venue you reserved. The name on the pass must match the name on the ID when the cardholder presents the pass for admission to the venue. The pass must be printed; confirmation emails displayed on mobile devices will not be accepted. Also, and the pass must be used on the date of the reservation. Please confirm the open dates and hours with each venue before reserving your pass.
